Through our one-on-one consulting, we will listen to what your needs are, as well as help you develop a S.M.A.R.T. goal.
WELLNESS ASSESSMENT

Assessing your physical wellness is vital to designing an appropriate programs. As such, we provide our clients with a comprehensive assessment which includes biometrics measure such as blood pressure, cardiovascular and muscular fitness, as well as balance and flexibility measures. Following an assessment, clients will receive a complete report as well as recommendations.
