40+ Women's Wellness (Winter 2026)

Service Description

This beginner’s class is designed for women who would like to start being more physically active, and who are looking for motivation and structure. This course is led by a certified kinesiologist and includes a combination of cardio, resistance and flexibility exercises keeping in consideration individual needs and limitations. The program registration fee is $145 (early bird), and $160 after December 27th, 2025. Registration closes, January 6th, 2026.
